By Daphne Clarance: Esha Deol is celebrating her birthday today. The diva took to Instagram on Wednesday and shared a video of herself working out on the beach. “Keep getting fitter and stronger,” she wrote in the post.
On her 41st birthday, she shared a fitness tip with her fans and urged them to spend at least 30 minutes working out daily. She added that it helps a person to stay strong and independent” and ensures the longevity of life.
The short Insta reel captures her dropping herself on the bed as the scene switches to her doing push-ups on the beach. She adds, in the caption, that her workout includes a mix of cardio exercises and weight training.
“Take out at least 30 minutes for yourself everyday and do some form of exercise. I swear by a mix of cardio & weight training. It’s something that will help you stay strong & independent long term. So go hustle for that muscle. It has the power to keep us going on. Stay fit. Love you all,” Esha wrote.
Cardio exercises are great for the heart as they ensure proper blood flow in the body. From brisk walks and jogging to swimming, running and even various hand and leg exercises without the use of any equipment, keep various heart diseases at bay and improves blood sugar levels in the body.
Meanwhile, Esha Deol will star in the forthcoming web series, Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. She featured in the film Ek Duaa last year.
She has two kids, Radhya and Miraya, with husband Bharat Takhtani, to whom she got married in 2012.
